What does it cost, and what do I get?
From €990, paid once, for one provider connection, including installation, testing, instructions and an optional schedule. The system automates enrichment using your existing provider account. Run new lists using the configured format whenever you need. We agree the scope and fixed price upfront. The delivered code and configuration are yours forever under the handover terms.
How much time can my team save?
Automating repeated lookups and list updates frees your team to spend more time on outreach.
For example, saving 30 minutes per person each working day adds up to 10 hours over four working weeks. For five people, that is 50 hours back for the team.
At an example cost of €20 per hour, that is €200 of staff time per person, or €1,000 for five people, over four working weeks. Multiply the hours by your own hourly staff cost.
This is an illustration, not a measured result. Actual savings depend on your process and list volume. The value represents time freed for selling, not a reduction in payroll.
Can it run on a schedule?
Yes. We configure saved settings and a scheduled job in your environment, so it can run unattended. You can also launch it manually. We agree the schedule, spending limits and failure handling as part of the build.
Who charges for the tools and lookups?
You keep paying your existing provider directly under your own plan. The system uses that account and its credits; Acrein does not resell the data or charge per lookup. We check that your plan supports the connection before quoting. Our fee covers the build and setup, with no Acrein subscription. Any extra hosting or future maintenance is agreed upfront or quoted separately.
Do I need a specific list template?
You do not need to reorder your CSV columns. We map your headers to the required fields during setup and check for missing fields before a run. Reuse that mapping for new lists; renamed headers or a different structure may need an updated mapping. The existing build uses CSV and Surfe. Other formats and providers are confirmed during scoping.
What happens if a detail has no match?
Available matches are saved. A missing match describes that run, not a permanent result. We can configure later checks for unresolved contacts as your provider’s data changes, with retry frequency and credit limits agreed during setup. A later match is possible, not guaranteed.
How long does a run take?
It depends on the number of eligible contacts, the fields you choose and provider response times. We establish realistic timings for your setup rather than promise a fixed duration for every list.
Do I need to share my list now?
No. Start by answering a few questions about your setup. If we need a sample, we agree how to share and handle it first. Your contact data and API keys never go into public examples.
